Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busy periods (e.g., new releases, holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days. We'll email you a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates (Domestic – United States)
- Orders $35 USD and above: FREE standard shipping (USPS First Class or Ground Advantage, depending on package size/weight).
- Orders under $35 USD: Flat rate $5 USD (USPS First Class or similar).
We ship from Missouri City, Texas via USPS. Most orders arrive in 3–4 business days after shipping, though transit times can vary based on location and carrier volume.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through USPS
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- For damaged items (e.g., broken minis in transit), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll work with you on a resolution immediately.
- We are not responsible for lost packages once tracking shows delivery, but we'll assist in filing claims when possible
